Refund Policy

1. Project work
Website, app and custom development projects are charged in stages as set out in the proposal. Fees for work already completed are non-refundable.
2. Deposits
Deposits secure project scheduling and cover initial work. If you cancel before work starts, we will refund the deposit less any costs already incurred.
3. Monthly services
Monthly services such as SEO, social media management and PPC management are billed in advance. You may cancel with the notice period in your agreement. Fees for the current billing month are not refunded.
4. Advertising spend
Advertising budgets are paid directly to the advertising platforms and are not refundable by us.
5. Third-party costs
Domains, hosting, themes, plugins and similar third-party purchases follow the refund policy of the provider.
6. Disputes
If you are unhappy with a deliverable, tell us in writing within 14 days of delivery. We will review the issue and correct work that does not meet the agreed scope.
